One of our goals for 2019 is to achieve a greater share of the Multi-Family business in the footprint that you cover. We are interested in working with you to drive penetration of MiraTEC in this segment. To that end, we’ve put together pricing and project format to enable this to begin immediately:

• Price List. The MiraTEC Jobsite Pricing for Multi-Family Construction reflects a price 3% lower than the current list price in your market.
• Requirements: This pricing is applicable for a single (one) or more truckload sold direct to a jobsite for multi-family business (ordered by you, shipped from JELD-WEN Towanda, PA to a jobsite and invoiced through you). The minimum volume required is one (1) truckload. The pricing does not apply to material purchased out of warehouse.
• Multi-family business is not subject to our minimum margin programs

We believe that there is a great opportunity to enjoy greater volumes on MiraTEC, both the direct truckload business that should form the greatest part of this effort, as well as the fill-in business you can gain here.
