- Orders are scheduled at our Towanda mill based on the date that the order is received.
- The total order size of all incoming orders impacts the number of orders that the mill can fulfill in a business week.
- Once the weekly capacity is reached, the lead time will shift to the next available week.
- Our business week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
How do I calculate my estimated shipment date based on the weekly lead times in the chart above?
- Lead times are measured in weeks.
- All shipment dates reference the date the week ends (Saturday).
- For new orders, the week the order is placed is not included in the lead time estimate. Count out the number of weeks in the current lead time from the Saturday following the week the order is placed to find the Saturday of the shipment week.
- For existing orders, please see your order confirmation that contains the projected shipment date.
50-Year Limited Warranty
MiraTEC trim is covered by an industry-leading 50-year limited warranty that includes hail damage, delamination, decomposition of the substrate due to fungal growth, termite damage causing failure of the Product, splitting or cracking of the substrate face, buckling, excessive warping or swelling of the Product, caused by a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period. The 50-year limited warranty applies to the original owner and is transferrable to subsequent owners.
